Orders & Pricing

All orders placed on this site are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.

Payment Processing

We accept online payments by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for purchases on account. By submitting payment information you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Refunds & Returns

We offer a 24-hour window for returns on eligible products. All returns must be in "like new" condition, remain in the original container, and have been reasonably cared for (including proper watering) while in the customer's possession. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise stated. To request a return or refund, please contact the store where the purchase was made.

Plant Warranty & Disclaimers

Plants and live materials are sold as-is; Leaf Landscape Supply does not provide a warranty on plants except where explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. By purchasing plants you acknowledge the inherent variability of live goods and accept responsibility for ongoing care after purchase.

Special Orders

Special orders are non-refundable. Special orders may require a deposit at the time the order is placed. Lead times and availability for special orders will be provided at purchase; estimated dates are subject to change based on supplier availability and logistics.

Wholesale Policy

Wholesale pricing is offered to qualified trade customers only. Wholesale purchases must be made by a contractor on behalf of the trade customer and may require a contractor tag or account verification. DIY customers are welcome to shop retail pricing; wholesale discounts are reserved for qualifying trade accounts.

Delivery Policy

Materials are delivered via our internal fleet or contracted haulers across the contiguous 48 states. A signature is required on all deliveries. Delivery dates are estimates and subject to change due to weather, logistics, or supplier delays. Additional delivery terms and fees may apply for special orders or oversized items.

Privacy & Data

We collect basic contact and mailing information at the time of order for order fulfillment and internal use only. We do not sell your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information; by using this site you consent to those practices.

Intellectual Property
